Grilled Chicken Kafta

Ingredients

3/4 C breadcrumbs

1-2pbs ground chicken

1/2 C grated onion

1-2 cloves minced garlic

2T parsley (1/2C fresh chopped)

1T mint (3T fresh chopped)

1t Aleppo pepper flakes

1t coriander

1/2t sweet paprika

1/2t salt

1/4t pepper

1T olive oil

1 large egg

bamboo skewers

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients with your hands
2 Take a tablespoon scoop of the mixture and make into an oval shape. Stick a skewer into the middle and gently shape into a log. Repeat with all the mixture.
3 Refrigerate kaftas until ready to cook.
4 Cook 4 minutes on each side on grill or grill pan.
